About Us
Dr Barbara Sheil is a research scientist and coach consultant who helps children, young people, and adults manage stress, anxiety, emotions, and ADHD. She combines science and coaching to explore the mind–body connection, focusing on gut–brain health, mindfulness, emotional awareness, stress management, and neurodiversity.

With a PhD in Immunology, Dr Barbara’s research spans gastroenterology, respiratory medicine, endocrinology, and mental health, and she has held senior roles in academia, philanthropy, and health in Ireland and Australia.

Following her passion to empower the community Dr Barbara began providing health and mindfulness workshops and coaching in GP practices from 2014. Dr Barbara continues this passion through the addition of ADHD-specialist coaching to her practice in 2025.​


Qualifications and Training
​​Dr Barbara began coaching in 2014 providing health and mindfulness workshops and stress & anxiety coaching in GP practices in Western Australia (The Healing Tree in Mosman Park, Azure Medical in Peppermint Grove, Ellen Health in Fremantle and now in Bayswater.
